“Robin is a beautiful wig overall. The hair itself it soft, silky, moves naturally and is visually realistic. The colour (ginger brown) is superb. She is long, flowing and feminine and the wispy fringe is just perfect. She is the absolute perfect density for me as I find most wigs have too much hair. If I had to make any
criticism of her it would be that I would have preferred her with a mono top as I'm not overly keen on the permatease. I also have the Stevie wig which is very similar with a mono top but has much more hair. If the Robin had a mono top she would be the perfect wig for me. Having said that, she is gorgeous, looks beautiful on and is very comfortable to wear. I will definitely purchase her again.

“I decided to pick Robin by Noriko in colour expresso as my first ‘proper’ wig and I was not disappointed. She is very light density but not so much so you can see the wefts or anything and she is a nice long style. She does have some permatease at the part but I was not bothered by this,it’s barely visible.
Lots of styling options aswell to help cover it if you’re not keen. I wore to a wedding for 12 hours and I forgot I had her on. 2 photos first is straight from the box and second is styled with 2 small clips each side.”

“I love this wig it’s really natural and the volume is just right, I buy this one all the time as the price is good. But the down fall with it is the bottom frizz after about six weeks. But as I can not find a similar one I will stick with it.”

We are sorry to hear you are dealing with frizz on the Robin! Annoyingly this is a really common issue known as friction frizz, it mainly effects longer wigs and is impossible to totally avoid but there are measures you can take to limit the frizz and hopefully lengthen the life-span of your wig. When driving and pottering about it is always best to tie the fibres into a low pony with a nice loose scrunchy just to limit the wig's fibres rubbing together or on your clothes. “I bought this wanting an easy-to-wear wig to take on holiday and the Robin was perfect. You can definitely just shake it out and put it on if you need. I used to have fairly thin hair, so I love that it's a low-density wig. It feels very natural and lightweight. Despite its long length, I was pleasantly surprised by how little the ends tangled over the course of the day. It's so easy to care for. My only slight issue is that I occasionally have to play with the front to stop the cap from showing but it's nothing that can't be fixed.
Also, a massive thank you to Valentine's Wigs for going out of their way to get the wig to me in time. Absolutely fantastic customer service. It was much appreciated after my last-minute order.”

Fully wefted, machine made wigs can have varying amounts of permatease and we apologise you have received one that seems to have more than most.
Even though you purchased this during a promotional sale we will inform the manufacturer the one you have is faulty and arrange an exchange for you. Please return the one you have and we will sort this out for you.
