“The color is way too dark and I can’t get it to come down on my head and Valentine wigs takes no returns or exchanges so I just threw away $150. I am very disappointment will not use them again.”
Hi Judy, Sorry you are disappointed.
We clearly stated in our terms and conditions, when you made the purchase, that returns are not accepted from USA.
Also you paid a little over $100 for three items, one of which was the Tori wig.

“I love this wig, it's so perfect in style, movement and comfort. The classic layered bob with fringe that can be worn to any occasion and it makes me feel a million dollars when I wear it. It was the first style I started wearing a year ago when I started having hair problems as it mimics the style and colour of my natural hair only much, much, much better. I can go out in the wind and rain and look windswept and still look sassy according to my husband! Before wearing wigs, I would literally look like a drown rat in wet weather as my natural hair was so fine and I would always have my hood up when taking the dog for a walk. I've found wigs liberating and a huge boost to my confidence levels. I only wish Rene of Paris would make the Tori with a natural looking parting, but that's not going to stop me wearing it. The Tori comes in a variety of colours, and the affordable price enables me to purchase it in different colours. I wear colours according to my mood and the changing of the seasons, as my skin tone changes from summer to winter. If Rene of Paris read this review, Tori in plumberry jam, please. Was sad when received an email saying might not be available until 30th December but arrived on 14th December so can wear for Christmas. Thank you Richard and the team.
