“As a new customer to Valentine wigs, I have to say I'm very impressed. Great customer service and really fast turnaround of my order. Moving on to Kai, she's got a very stretchy cap and it doesn't always feel super secure even with the straps tightened. I'd probably suggest some tape or add in some combs if you have bio hair for more security. The fibres are beautiful quality and the Ocean breeze colour is gorgeous. Being a part mono, my only other minor gripe is that the part doesn't look very realistic, as it is woven in a slightly uniform way which hair doesn't do. Overall it's a nice piece and the colour choices are amazing but she may need a bit of tightening or some grips to keep her in place.”

“Loved the style of the Kai. Sits just above your collar at the back which cuts down “frizz” from friction then gently graduates to a slightly longer length at the front. I had a fringe cut in, its ok but the wig doesn’t comfortably lend itself to a fringe. The fringe ends up uneven / quite thin near the parting. Also, the wig has heavy density in one section near the front so flops forwards. Would need thinning to stop this happening. Colour dark chocolate mist is lovely, a rich warm dark brown shade. Slightly shiny fibres compared to natural image wigs. Average cap size ok but lots of room at the back - wish they did a petite version with bangs.”
