“The cuffs were too tight, I think it is a manufacturing defect. I sent the item back for a refund a week ago, and I still don't have any acknowledgement that the item was returned even though royal mail has confirmed it as returned. No one is answering my emails or phone calls I am disappointed with urban male, and I wouldn't buy from them again”
