“The garment itself was as described and I'm very happy. The delivery took over a week which apparently cost £3.95?, but when I received the invoice it stated £3.29. I emailed Urban to query it but have not had a reply. The clothing is of good quality but the customer service is poor.”

We're working hard to ensure that every customer is happy with their purchase, and we're glad to hear our efforts have paid off. Regarding the delivery unfortunately this is out of our control Royal Mail have recently been fined £5,000,000 for missed delivery targets and it actually costs us £4.95 per order. Ideally we'd like to offer all our customers free delivery and returns but we're a small family run business. Kind regards Steve
