“First time purchaser here & regretfully a little disappointed. Initial impressions were not positive as the packaging was heavily stained inside suggesting some of the oil had leaked. The reeds were bent too, so don’t stand straight in the bottle. Unfortunately the biggest disappointment is the lack of smell. The scent is very weak, even though it is in a smallish bedroom. This is such an expensive, premium product & bought as a lockdown treat. Alas, my previous diffusers costing a fifth of the price are so much more fragrant. I bought the matching candle, which is thus far, similarly anodyne. A real shame.”
