“Smells wonderful but only when I’m very close to it didn’t scent my whole hall which is very large to be fair so moved to downstairs toilet and ok so only suitable for small room”
“After reading glowing reviews of the brand and its products in media, I was very excited to receive the famous Oudh Geranium diffuser. I have now had it for a few weeks and unfortunately I find the smell almost non-existent. I need to come over and sniff it, otherwise there is absolute no aroma coming out.
I am absolutely gutted, especially considering the price point of the brand and my high expectations of it. I was hoping to return the diffuser, but disposed of all the packaging. Interestingly, the company only refunds unopened products, which is ridiculous as it does not offer any opportunity for it to be tried out nor does it provide a solution in cases where the product just does not work.
Overall, I found the diffuser very disappointing and company’s return policy unacceptable.”
