Shame about the packaging: bits of plastic bubblewrap isn't very impressive: it's not recycled by our council and really it's time for companies to stop using it: how about paper/cardboad and corn starch pellets instead? Urban Apothecary, you need to rethink how your products appear when the package is opened.”

Thank you for you feedback.
We use bubblewrap to protect the individual product before placing in ECO foam chips which disintegrate when they get wet. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products we have to protect them to withstand damage in transit otherwise couriers do not accept them.

“I bought the Luxury wash originally as an alternative to the hand washes that were drying out my hands. I thought because it was lavender, it would smell like an antiseptic (?!) The smell is amazing - it smells fresh and just like a luxury product. Green lavender is definitely a beautiful and cleansing scent. Far too good to be used as a handwash ..and much gentler than the other handwashes I have been using. The ideal product as you really want to wash your hands as frequently as possible with this!”
