“The lamp arrived on time and in good quality packaging. Unfortunately, the wire guard protecting the glass lamp was found to be broken. I emailed the Customer Care Dept. the same evening and by next morning I had a very nice reply from them telling me that a new replacement lamp was being dispatched straight away at no further cost to me. The new lamp arrived promptly in perfect condition. Excellent service! I will have no hesitation in using Universal Lighting in the future.”

“I couldn't find what I wanted anywhere for a reasonable price until I came across Universal Lighting Services website. They had just what I wanted at a good price and the website was easy to use. I even got a phone call confirming my order had been received and when it would be dispatched, along with the usual emails keeping me up to date with my order progress. The parcel arrived when they said it would, well packaged and with a good courier. I'll certainly be using Universal lighting again. This is how customer service should be done.”
