“My review is more about the way in which I was dealt with when I received my lampshade and it was the wrong colour (completely my fault). I cannot fault the company for the way I was handled and the returns and replacement service. I communicated with someone called 'Eddie' who went out of their way to take photos of different colour shades so that I could choose a new one. I am very happy with the replacement shade and would have no hesitation in recommending the company. Thank you”

“This was suggested and provided by George, a most helpful staff member at Universal Lighting. It is firmly constructed and precisely the correct size for our table lamp shade (which is eleven inches in height) and enables the shade to sit firmly upon the holder. It also positions the shade at the perfect, proportionated position in relation to the lamp's height. Although unfixed, the holder also enables the shade to be firmly held at a number of steady re-angled positions, to enable close work or reading. Recommended.”
