“Lamp was well constructed and well described - eg needing to have support which we needed to supply Lamp was exactly what we wanted and the colour was fine too. There was quite a delay in it arriving but George kept us well informed about where it was and when it would arrive and as we were not in a hurry that was fine. We were happy with the product and the customer service”

“I actually ordered a 12" but found it was too small. The company was very helpful in assisting an exchange. The 16" one was perfect. They also advised I would need a reducer for the larger shade which I also bought. It all looks great and I heartily recommend the product & service.”
