“The lampshade was as described and we are very pleased with it. Unfortunately the lady who delivered it would not wait even a few minutes for us to get to the door and had delivered it elsewhere in less than 3 minutes - she happened to have a delivery at a house across the road and when our neighbour got to her she was extremely abrupt!”
