“Although the first shade had to be returned (at exorbitant Royal Mail costs as parcel large but light with paper packing only!) this was because there were no online instructions as to how to measure lampshades. I understand that 'across the bottom frame' is normal but unsure when ordering sadly. However replacement, sent in a smaller carton but regrettably with plastic packing (please change this for future environmental protection), is the next size up but same Sage silk shade. It is exactly as needed to replace a worn older silk version. Many thanks, Christina A Veasey (Mrs)”

“Excellent product, very good quality, and the staff at Univeral Lighting were exceptional in ensuring that yes, I did need a cradle for my existing floor lamp! Also very helpful with regard to the actual colour. The lampshade arrived safely and was well packed and I am a very happy customer who would readily recommend them to anyone!”
