“The light fitting was out of stock when we ordered and we were immediately advised of this, we were then kept informed of progress (without having to chase) until it arrived two weeks earlier than we were originally expecting. Like the other reviewers I was impressed with the packaging and the quality of the light fitting. It was easy to fit and looks really good in the room. Thanks goes to all at Universal for their help and service. I will recommend this company and no doubt use them again.”

“This light fitting arrived just a few days after ordering. Packaging was brilliant. It was easy to fit and is very good quality. The hand written letter enclosed with the light was much appreciated and shows a standard of professionalism and care which is sadly lacking in many businesses today. Would not hesitate to use this company again and have been giving out recommendations.”
