“Beautiful lantern. Matches colours on my stained glass door. Was upset when it arrived broken. I phoned and a replacement was sent to me the following day. You cant get any better service than that. Great communication and a personalised letter inside box. The faulty lantern was collected the following morning with no charges. Very happy customer.”
