“This is a beautiful lantern and the workmanship is excellent. The price was competitive and the lamp prettier than similar lamps from rival sellers. I received outstanding customer service from this company who reported to me regularly on the projected delivery date. My order was followed up with a phone call and then I received weekly updates and advanced notice of the sending out and delivery of the lantern. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and I cannot recall ever having received better service. This is a company I would happily use again. Very impressive.”

“Bought the outdoor lantern for a Christmas present for my sister. Not seen it out of the box yet, but had a peek, and it looks lovely. Must congratulate the service team.
