“We were pleased with the product but cannot give it five stars because it was let down by the poor quality fixings supplied. Enclosed were yellow masonry wall plugs with black cross-head screws designed for 5mm holes. It proved impossible to screw these in fully without damaging the screw heads (I have a good selection of cross-head screwdrivers and used the correct one that fitted snugly). I got around this problem by placing tap washers between the sign and the brickwork, although I would rather have mounted the sign flush with the wall.”
