“Lovely looking house sign”

“The house number sign arrived safely and we really like it. However, when trying to fit the sign to the brickwork we discovered that the decorative metal screws that pass through the sign itself were not long enough to be able to fit it. We emailed the company with photos to show the problem and within two days had received the correct longer screws, so this was good quick customer service.”
