“Received a sign I’ve messaged to say it’s damaged on 2 corners there telling me it’s not as it’s slate. You can clearly see 2 corners are broken”

Hi We are sorry to hear that you are not entirely satisfied with the product received. From the images provided I can see that your order was for a naturally chipped edge slate sign which has a chipped edging and due to this no one corner will look the same as the other. Small fragments can also become loose from the layers of slate but this does not usually affect the appearance and durability of the sign. I can also see that this issue has been rectified and a gesture of goodwill resolution agreed upon Kind Regards, UK SIGN SHOP
