“Unfortunately the sign I asked for was delivered with some of the letters with missing white patches and the lettering was unevenly spaced out so it won’t be useable. Have found another company to try as a replacement.”

However, drom looking at the image provided and the correspondence it appears that the sign received was correct and as previewed on our website. We offer many different layout options and fonts which can be configured to suit your own needs, showing the artwork as it will appear on the sign. The spacing of the lines of text are determined by the font style, layout and characters, therefore we rely on the live preview to provide the customer with a template of how it will look. Had an alternative font style been chosen the spacing would have been different. I can see that a member of our customer care team did offer you some gesture of goodwill solutions which were not accepted.
