“Sign is classy and finished to a high standard some flaking on the edges of the slate but that is the nature of slate no damage to picture and will settle .Looks stunning and unique .The gift recipient has a Labrador so is looking forward to the customised sign .Many thanks reccommend this company for classy unique gifts”

Hi Susan, I am sorry to hear this! I have looked on the system and can see that this was dispatched on the 25th of November. Unfortunately, we aren't aware of any issues with the couriers unless notified by the customer. As this was not brought to our attention until yesterday via email and the review, we were not aware that your order had not been received. I can see that we are resolving this issue for you now and a replacement has been offered as the couriers have advised us that the parcel is damaged at the hub!
