“I found ordering the sign on the website a little difficult, the page was slow to respond, and the first options I tried wanted me to enter a house number and street name (I wanted just House Name). I found that by chosing a different design that this was possible. I think this process could be simplified. However, once ordered, the sign was produced and dispatched promptly, and is as I expected. I was also informed when the design had been received, when being made, and when posted.”
