“Very good service and informed when the sign was despatched. Happy with the product. Sent to the Canary Islands and when queried about VAT the company is not aware of the process to exempt VAT for the Canary Islands. Customer service issued a long winded process that the customer needs to claim VAT,incorrect it is the responsibility of the company that is exporting the product. For the sake of a few pounds not worth doing battle but there are many companies that are not aware of the proceedures.”
