Hi Bethany Thank you for your review. From looking into your emails with our customer care team, we can see the initial email showed a small piece of pyrite which is a completely natural element within the slate as stated on our website. You were offered a 10% refund as a gesture of goodwill which was immediately accepted. Our company has not been informed of any paint infill issues or other problems with the sign, as this would have been a separate issue and would have been looked into further if so.
