“I was disappointed with the quality of the work I requested as I felt it lacked enough detail and was not at M-Level Standard. I did not complain at the time as I was busy, however, I did not feel there was enough of the following : adequate understanding of change management? @ enough awareness of mental health It was not worth £600 pounds”

I've reviewed the work produced and in order to help find the relevant details on the aspects you felt were missing, please see the following in the presentation and the accompanying speech help notes: - Slide 4 about change management in Mental Health Social Care - this also explains various change management models. - Slides 5 and 6 contain further detail about the specifically chosen Switch Change Management Model. - Slide 7 applies the Switch CMM to the mental health setting. - Slides 8-10 demonstrate further application and show awareness of mental health issues to be considered such as legal implications/frameworks, person-centred care and collaborative working.
