“It was the first time I used this service and this is because I was in hospital at the time and I needed extra help. Verdict ; no value for money ! I got a text back with just spelling and grammar correction when I has specifically asked , and was assured , that my text was to be elevated in the use of the English language so as to be included in a master's dissertation paper . I was waiting for three days in order to find the right associate for a LLM paper ... Sorry to say colossal disappointment . Spelling and pure grammar mistakes do not worth 230 pounds . I was expecting a final text and not suggestions from my professor history write better ..., Thank God I found more professional services and with less money !”

Hi Penny, I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your marking and proofreading order. However, I am concerned in case you haven't downloaded all of the files or if you haven't seen the suggestions and tutor guidance within the proofread work. There are comments added in the right hand margin with suggestions for improvements and additions that you could make. In fact, there are 5-12 comments on every single page with a great deal of guidance and tutoring there. In addition, there is also the Marking Form and this contains guidance on what grade your work is currently at and further suggestions on how you can improve it. There is 1,608 written words of feedback and guidance on all aspects of your work from the tutor. If you would like any help accessing these files and the feedback, please let us know. Our Aftercare team are on hand 7 days a week in order to help with any concerns or issues. Kind Regards David
