“On the whole I am statised with the writing service but have had a few issues. Both submitted to you, one issue was that the writer did not stick to brief and then when an ammendment was requested to rectify, I had to pay a large amount for the rectification which was not as substanrtial as the wirtter had stated in justifying the extra cost. Secondly my recent essay was written by the same person who wrote my partners essay. The two essays are virtually the same, which will certainly be open to accusations of "collusion". Whilst I totally understand that you are business and need to make a profit but the question begs to be asked as to, why are we being charged double for virtually the same work.”

Hello and thanks for your feedback, I have checked your orders for you and the reason for the additional cost on your previous one was for rewriting the work following an example that you sent in and asked to be followed after the work had been completed. This example was different to how the work had been completed and there was nothing wrong with the initially completed essay. Therefore, it was only fair that writer be paid further for the extra time needed to rewrite the work based on an entirely different example format. This can of course be avoided and this is why we ask that you send any information such exemplars with your initial order and not wait until it has been completed. Regarding the latest order, it is true that this is an essay on the same question as your partner's order. There will naturally be similarities in some of the points made and the sources used. However, on comparing the two essays, it is clear to see that they are distinct and written entirely differently for the two orders. The aims/objectives are different, the structure is entirely different and there is no matching text when you scan them. In order to provide an additional level of Aftercare service though, we have asked the researcher to do some further reading and research in order to vary the sources used further.
