“The writer got confused and delivered an essay that was out of subject, because in my opinion, didn't stick to the subject title ordered at first. He read the accompanying data, such as a ppt file, various paper etc and concluded that the subject was something that was clearly not stated in the initial order form. Also, despite the fact that the aforementioned was rather clear and had to be followed as a strict guideline, the customer service didn't actually recognize the mistaken deliverable and I was obliged in the end to deliver an essay that wasn't what I had agreed upon with the teacher.”

Hi Dimitris, Thanks for your review and feedback. I am very sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the work produced by your writer. I've looked into this and would like to offer you a full refund for the order as I can see that your concerns are valid and the writer has written this on the subject covered in the files you attached rather than the subject that was stated in the essay question or title. I can understand why the writer did this due to the direction that the powerpoint slides and other information pointed to, but they should have checked with yourself and us early on rather than making assumptions. I apologise again for this and will contact you on your order to arrange for the refund to be processed. The issue has been fed back to the writer and we have advised all of our writers to double check things with the customer before making assumptions about changes to a title to avoid issues such as this. Also, I will share the details of this issue with the Quality Control team to avoid this in future and I will also review how we dealt with this at the Aftercare stage. It seems that there was not enough time to get this fixed and we still needed some information but I am sure there are things we can put in place to improve on this to ensure that we can fix an issue such as this in a more timely manner in future. In addition to the refund, I would also like to provide you with a discount towards a future order. I would like to have the opportunity to show you that this is a very rare occurrence and to allow you to benefit from the full value of our service. I will message you details of this and a code for use on the order form also. Once again, please accept our sincerest apologies.
