Hi Has, Thanks for your review here. I have checked through and I can see that we promptly responded to all of your requests. I understand that you asked to increase the level ordered from 2.1 to a 1st class model answer after completion. This would have cost significantly more from the outset as a 1st class piece of work is much better and takes a lot longer time than 2.1. Therefore, I do think it was fair for the writer to ask for an increased fee in order to upgrade from 2.1 to 1st for you. Please do check our online price calculator for the difference in costs and let me know if you have any further concerns. I wouldn't be able to have the 2.1 order upgraded to a 1st class for free and I hope you can understand the reasoning for this. It's certainly not that we don't care as we put maximum care and attention into every order. Kind Regards David
