“(1) The author of the essay, repeated information from the scenario, which I don consider a worthy task as it took much of the word count. (2) Essay expected to be written in third person and not first person. (3) A significant amount of the paper is theoretical in nature, consideration should be given that that paper is law paper and as such expected the paper to be written in the direction of legal aspect.”

Hello Martins, Thank you for taking the time to leave this 2 star review in relation to the Essay Writing Service you placed with us. I'm sorry that you were not pleased with the completed order, I will go through each of your points in turn:- (1) With regards to the scenario, this is a problem question where one would need to relate back to the scenario. So to ensure that the reader can follow what is being said, it is expected to refer back to the case study to provide justification and application. If this is avoided, this can result in difficulty following what is being discussed and then result in lower quality work being provided to you. (2) There was some confusion over the requirements because they involved 'you' in the scenario, so the researcher believed in order to demonstrate that one took part, it made sense to use first person. However, I can see that this was raised in a request and resolved for you. (3) I can see that this was also raised as a request and that you had raised this again later after the amendments had been completed. It seems that the root cause of this was that the order was placed as 'Social Work' which is more theoretical rather than 'Social Work Law' which would have given you the material you would have needed. Even though we had assisted with multiple amendments and the order being placed under the incorrect subject, we had offered a discount toward a future order as a gesture of good customer service.
