“Old books were used (2005). The referencing was poor( Legislation was left out).I am not happy with the work.”

“The writer has got my work completely wrong , even Emily is really nice to help. But still there is no refund I can get so far. I have been use the site for long time and this was a extremely disappointing experience. I hope u can give it a send thought about use the writer again as well as let me have the refund”

Hi Meng Li, Thanks very much for your review and feedback. We have a fair, open and honest refund procedure in place with our Aftercare team. I can see that Emily is working with you on this and she hasn't said that we wouldn't be able to refund you. However, in order for a refund to be given, we do need to verify that the work produced does not meet the standard expected of the order. At present, all we have is an assertion that it would not pass but no evidence, reasoning or justification as to why you feel that is the case. The work was marked initially and verified to meet the grade for the assignment and so we would need at least some evidence to the contrary in order to review and justify a refund to our accounts department. If the work produced does not meet the standard ordered, we have a fair and honest refund policy in place and we would be happy to refund you. We just need at least some evidence or justification as to why you feel that is the case for us to review this again for you. Kind Regards David

“Overall speaking, this essay really exceeds my expectation in terms of the wide range of secondary sources that the writer is able to use. The writer also follows the guidelines provided. Although I found two typos in the essay, I am overall impressed by the quality. I will certainly order from your company again. The customer service is also helpful and provides timely response. It'd be perfect if the quality control team could spot the two typos which I found.”
