Hi Claudia, I hope you are well. I have just looked over the correspondence on your order and I can see that we have read and responded to each of your messages except your most recent message, where you have asked us not to. I can see that originally, you ordered 10,000 words. The researcher used slightly more than this because many universities allow a 10% lee way on their word count. There was no indication that this wasn't the case on this order and previous orders you have had have allowed for this. You then asked for the researcher to reduce the word count and were advised by my colleague David that you can oblige a strict word count in your own version of the work, as the researcher's work is a model answer only. However, David clearly noted that he would be happy to ask the researcher to show you which areas you could consider writing less on. This offer was met with a message asking us to not contact you further. We would be happy to still offer this help. If you wanted to pursue this, please do get in touch via your online account. Hello, Thank you very much for your review. The conclusion chapter which has been completed by the researcher is roughly 10% of the overall word count. This is usually about the right length. However, I would be happy to contact your writer and ask them to expand this section further for you. Hi Mohammd, Thanks for your feedback. From reviewing your order, I can see that you placed this on a 4 day delivery. There was a delay in starting this order because we didn't receive payment from you until the 19th December; however, we then still managed to get the order completed and delivered for the 20th for you and so we actually had this completed much quicker than expected. Please note that we require at least 50% payment up front in order to start a researcher writing an order and so to avoid delays in beginning an order, please remember to make payment promptly when we have a writer available and in place.
