“I ordered a full dissertation service and also paid the premium for a top researcher and the ability to make changes for three months prior order delivery. I requested changes to be made based on feedback from a tutor, however despite being advised that these would be completed they were not completed within the timeframe given and neither was this feedback to me. This left me extremely short on time before the submission date. The service I paid for was a 2:1 grade however, the piece of work actually failed. I read such good reviews of this service and I had very high hopes. At this point I find myself £1300 down and with a dissertation that I now need to repeat due to it failing. Honestly, I personally would not recommend this service.”

Hi Michelle, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the service. I have had a look into the order for you to get an idea of the circumstances here. I can see that your amendment request was sent in on 24th April and the researcher needed until 28th April to assist you as the scope of the amendment was quite significant. We did ask the researcher to try and assist you before this time however, they were unable to do so. We always ask researchers to complete amendments as quickly as possible however, during our busy periods, we do ask for your patience as researchers' workloads are particularly hectic. As a gesture of goodwill for not being able to complete the amendments in less than 4 days, I can see Ed authorised a discount coupon for you. I can also see that since informing us about your grade, our Aftercare Manager has been in touch to discuss the grade further with you. As is evident, we are doing all we can to try and assist you further and are very sorry we could not assist you in the short time frame you specified. Kind regards, Emily
