Pretty Polly Light Support Tights Factor 6 Reviews

4.6 Rating 58 Reviews
Read UK Tights Reviews

The Support range is less of a remedy and more of a boost for your legs. We all walk around the world at least once in a lifetime, so a little TLC for our legs isnt too much to ask - is it? The graduated compression gives you a daily massage as you walk, which boosts your circulation to keep legs feeling energised and less prone to swelling at the end of the day. As worn by Virgin Atlantic cabin crew.

Having originally purchased 1 pair of these tights in a size Large and surprised to discover how small they were (I am size 12-14, 5'6"), I assumed the Extra Large would be more than big enough. However, the one pair I have worn so far were only marginally larger and still difficult to get the gusset where it should be and not halfway down my thighs. I'd bought 10 pairs! My last order!

Dear Sarah, I'm quite shocked to hear of the extreme size problem which you've experienced twice with this product. Pretty Polly is a reputable brand so we'd not expect these inconsistencies. Unfortunately, it may be that the products were wrongly packed or faulty. I can see that your most recent order was shipped to you over 5 months ago, and our usual returns period is 30 days, but we would be happy to make an exception on this occasion and accept for return + refund any items which are unopened or had clearly been opened and tried on for size. (That is, not worn multiple times.) We'll then send the faulty items back to the manufacturer. Please use your freepost returns label and retain proof of posting. If you no longer have this label, you can reprint it using this link: https://www.uktights.com/page/return-label. Thank you. Keri, Customer Service.
