“Still waiting for balance of order! Ordered 6 packs, received 1 pack. Still waiting for the other 5 packs. This is the second time I have ordered 6 packs (Jan 2018) and didn't receive the whole quantity in one delivery. Ordered 13th June 2018 and still waiting as at the 24th June 2018. Website account still indicates "part dispatched" so still not on their way.”

Dear Kennedy, I'm very sorry indeed to hear that you've had 2 separate delays for these tights. I'm afraid I can't account for the 1st occasion, but this time I know there was a stock shortage with Pretty Polly as we had a delivery from them on the 11th, 2 days before you placed your order and this item didn't come in. As we place large orders with them and replenish stock every 2 weeks or so, a new order was placed yesterday (25th) and new stock will be with us in a few days' time. When it arrives, we'll dispatched your order to you immediately. Thank you so much for your patience, it is very much appreciated.
