“Poor customer service, lack of compassion , my swim suit was not suitable and in good condition and Dawn Barber ( very rude) wouldn't give me a refund . The items where sent back in the same condition as I received them. I shop on line all the time. In all my years I have never ever been refused a refund. I have also never been shouted at so inappropriately by the managing director of a company. I will pursue this matter but recommend you NEVER buy or use this company. Shocking!!”
