“I have so far ordered twice, but I'm not sure the second batch was entirely accurate. Although the instructions say that, even if the line is very faint, the result is negative, it is very disconcerting if the line is barely visible. I'm not sure what influences the strength of the line - whether it is to do with the sample, or with the test kit itself.”

Hi Ruth and thank you for the feedback. Faint lines can cause confusion. Our customer support team will be in touch to assist you. Two lines (C and T) on the drug test are a negative result (ie no drugs detected ) even if the lines are faint, and if you see only one line (the C Line) and no visible T line this is a positive result (ie drug metabolites detected). Make sure that you are reading the test result at the correct time.
