Dear Charlotte, We are very sorry to here that you have had a problem using the drug test kit. Two lines (C and T) on the drug test is a negative result and one line (C Line) is a positive result. If you had no lines appear this is an invalid result and is usually do to inadequate saliva sample being added to the drug test kit.Our customer support team will be in touch to resolve this for you, or alternatively please call them on 01263 731 168 during office hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.
