“I placed this order on 11th December and received confirmation on 12 Dec at 00:58 that the item had been dispatched for delivery. On 19th Dec, eBay advised me that you had cancelled the order, giving the reason as "Buyer asked to cancel the order", which was untrue. If you have problems fulfilling an order, at least have the courtesy to admit it, advise the buyer as soon as possible and not hide behind falsehoods. The fact that you refunded the price was no compensation for the aggravation, disruption and increased cost of my having to source a replacement at short notice so near to Christmas, as the item was a Christmas present. Incidentally, the order was still not shown as "cancelled" in my account on your website on 24th December. This is my polite review of your performance; the original version on 19th December would probably have been unprintable. I'll never use your company again - caveat emptor!”
“Terrible service - have tried to contact 6 times and no response as to why my mother's order has not turned up - two weeks overdue but happily took the money.
Unable to get any information or a refund - luckily paid by Pay Pal so they have frozen.
Shocking service and cannot get through on an 0845 number that is 50p per min from a mobile”
