The problem with this kind of customer satisfaction survey (I was contacted by the retailer's agent, and am neither a troll nor a busybody looking for trouble without having been directly asked for my opinion) is that it assumes the delivery system functions, or if it doesn't, that the customer has some other way of complaining. As that isn't the case, there is the option of giving a one star rating (based on the product not having arrived after three weeks, and the retailer only allowing queries after five weeks) or a five star rating, which is what I would like to give for the teabags which I know to be excellent.”
