“I am buying Twinings tea for decades because it is a good product. What I dislike is how the product like is treated. Getting new blends and tastes is ok but for years now it feels like every new blend like gets axed shortly after I discover it. It is very tiresome to find something nice and then it is just not available any more. E.g. the green tea line. There have been like a dozen blends ? Now there are like 3?
The recurring disappointment of not being able to get something I liked takes away the fun of getting the stuff that is still available.”
