“Quality product but amazed at the packaging. I did enquire beforehand if it was in a gift box but I still think that it could have been in some nice Twinings branded box. This is a gift so I need to get a gift box and package it nicely. If it was sent directly to my friend I would have been very upset if she received in this way. Cheap packaging for a quality product.”

I also got my Mum a tea for 1 teapot and teacup set, which I’ve also got my eye on. Great value for all of the items I got, as there was a Black Friday discount, plus speedy delivery.”
