“unfortunately, the cup handle was broken off and it was well packed wrapped in layers of thick brown paper and between other items also wrapped in brown paper. I contacted them and they offered a refund or replacement. I chose replacement as I really like this style of cup. Cannot fault twinnings at all it was all sorted very fast.”
“I received the order today and im disappointed. I do love the glow tea, it is delicious! However, the mug is shown as a metallic pink mug and I received a baby pink ceramic mug. Same design. Very misleading, I was looking forward to a shiny mug like shown in the picture.”
