“Ordered 4 of the 14 sachet hot chocolate jars, the sachets were just shoved and crumpled into the jar and one jar only had 12. Because of them being shoved in, in one jar a sachet had split. The ribbon was frayed at the ends so had to recut and had to redo the bows. Not at all the quality of care I expected from Twinnings. Luckily I used to have a personalised gift business so knew what to do to make them presentable. Very shocked”
