“Described as 'ultimate selection' but only contains 7 types from the pyramid range. Tried to tell me it's ultimate because it contins the seven most popular and that the jar of envelope teabags was the same (it contained 56 different types in a jar of 70).
This is false advertising. If it's only ever 7 flavours the description should say so and list them. They refused to replace the tea or cover the cost of returning the jar.”
