“Well I’m writing this review on my wife’s behalf.
She absolutely loves Lady Grey and like most, she drinks it daily.
When she first discovered Lady Grey it came in an envelope and not one of the bags lost its flavour however when you buy a box of Lady Grey they are single bags in a foil bag and not matter how they are stored they simply loose flavour.
Please consider putting these in the envelopes like they are in the selection boxes.
This is why I gave 3 stars as they deserve 5 but customer satisfaction isn’t being considered seeing as I have emailed Twinnings about this but sadly there isn’t plans to put the envelopes in a box of 80.”
