“The order came fast and the package was well packed. I got some samples in addition, which is great! Really appreciating it! However, since Twinings doesn't cooperate with Norwegian customs system, I had to pay a massive fee while picking up the package. It turned out to be the same amount as my order, which made things rather unpleasant and I wish they would make it possible to calculate such costs on while taking an order, such as ebay, amazon and other international stores do already. Since these are new rules, I hope they are going to do it in the future to prevent a lot of surprised faces like in my case.”
