Our Master Blenders work really hard to make sure that every Twinings creation is full of flavour, aroma & body by using only the finest ingredients. Once they’ve come up with a new blend, we take it to a consumer taste panel & use this feedback to make any last-minute tweaks before the new product makes its way into supermarkets.
We’re sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy this cuppa, but we appreciate our customers have different taste preference and so, we will make sure to pass your comments on to our Master Blenders.
