“I was hugely relieved to see Spicy Chai back after some time out of stock. On enquiring about it, I was told that the closest I could get to it was Dark Chai No. 29, but I found it a very bland replacement. Mind, I'm not saying it's bad, and I can see how the more subtle flavour can be appreciated, but it wasn't what I was expecting. Spicy Chai is one of the two teas I have on a daiy basis (along with Pure Green), and although I suppose life without it is possible, I hope I won't have to try it again!”
“I tried this by chance 3 years ago. Now I can't drink any other tea! This is perfect for me! If you ever discontinue this flavour, there will be a lot of customers not just disappointed but with serious withdrawals and severe depression. Don't fix it if it ain't broken, guys !! Have consideration for the loyal customers”
