“Disappointed. Most of the tea envelopes were specialty teas with odd names. Very inappropriate for meetings, can hardy put a tea called menopause or immune support out for a meeting!”

Please bear in mind that this product will contain a random assortment of teabags across our different ranges. Whilst we do try to include a large variety of blends, this is not always possible as it will depend on the availability of flavours.
This is outlined in the Product Description on our website, however, we do appreciate your feedback and will pass on your comments to the relevant team.

Item description not clear enough that the assortment is not as pictured. They send you 48 random tea bags, mostly from their obscure ranges that may not sell as well on their own.
I purchased this to refill my tea chest and thought that I was receiving the teas pictured and that the note *Image for illustration purposes only* is due to different packaging etc. Instead I have 96 tea bags, most of with which I have nothing to do.”

“I would not advise on buying the refill 48 pack as you pretty much get 48 different types of tea and some were short dated (expiring in less than 1-2 months) and 2 envelopes were past expiry and a good 18 did not have an expiry date at all.”
